In memory of Carrie Wolfe Carrie and the ubiquitous Cup O'Noodles.
Carrie was impossible.

Impossible to describe, impossible to dismiss, impossible to forget.

Carrie's death in a car accident on May 31, 2003, took everyone by surprise. She was always so caught up in living that no one could imagine her as anything but. To honor her memory, High Technology High School established an award to reward students who exhibited the same qualities that Carrie valued so much during her life.

During the establishment of the award, several of Carrie's teachers and friends expressed their concern about what would happen when all those who remembered Carrie were gone. Nobody wanted the award to become just another check with a name attached. Carrie was too important in their lives for them to allow that to happen.

This website was created to keep the meaning of the award alive. It is dedicated to sharing the Carrie that her friends, family, teachers, and classmates knew with those who didn't get the chance. Carrie's life touched so many people; hopefully her memory will touch many more.
